Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are to be submitted to Go-Brand Marketing via email at [email protected] or by contacting our office at +27 82 777 9932.
Orders can be cancelled until the approval of a Branding Layout is obtained. No penalty charges will be incurred for canceled orders prior to the specified cutoff time. However, Go-Brand Marketing reserves the right to recover the direct costs associated with retrieving the Products.
Go-Brand Marketing will entertain cancellation requests under the condition that the Products are unbranded and returned in their original condition, including the packaging, within 10 (ten) days of delivery. Products must remain unused and unaltered. Go-Brand Marketing retains the authority to retain any payment received for delivery fees if the Product has already been dispatched before the cancellation request.
In the event of payment cancellation or invalidity of your Credit Card, you are still obligated to pay the full purchase price, inclusive of all costs incurred by Go-Brand Marketing for undelivered Products.
Without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies, Go-Brand Marketing reserves the right to immediately cancel any sale and/or registration in the event of your breach of obligations.
Replacement Products and Refunds
In cases where Go-Brand Marketing supplies an incorrect or damaged Product, we will exchange it for a new one provided that the damaged or incorrect unit is returned within 10 (ten) days of delivery, accompanied by its original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Cash refunds will not be issued. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect Products will be replaced within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds, if applicable, will be reimbursed to the bank account from which payment was initially received.
Warranties
Go-Brand Marketing and/or the manufacturer of the Products are not obligated to honor warranties if the Products are altered contrary to instructions or if they have been subjected to misuse or abuse after delivery to the specified address. Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear.
